The Ojas Clinic
Integrative & Ayurvedic Healthcare
The Ojas Clinic provides individualized, evidence-informed care through a structured, integrative approach that merges classical Ayurvedic diagnostics with contemporary clinical insight. Services are offered in-person at our Overland Park, KS office, ensuring accessible and consistent care designed to support optimal health and balance.
What to Expect
All clients begin with a comprehensive clinical intake and Ayurvedic assessment to establish a clear understanding of their physiological state and identify underlying imbalances. In-person consultations include Nadi Vigyan, an Ayurvedic pulse assessment that evaluates subtle variations in the arterial pulse to provide insight to guide personalized herbal, dietary, and lifestyle recommendations.
Ayurvedic Pulse Assessment Identifies;
Dosha imbalances – predominance or disturbance of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha.
Tissue and digestive health – the state of the dhatus (body tissues) and agni (digestive/metabolic fire).
Circulatory and cardiovascular function – subtle pulse qualities can reveal heart and vascular health.
Stress and nervous system tone – detects subtle imbalances in the autonomic and neuroendocrine system.
Energy and vitality levels – indicates overall strength, stamina, and life-force (ojas).
Predictive insights – can detect early tendencies toward imbalance before symptoms manifest.
Personalized treatment guidance – informs herbal, dietary, and lifestyle recommendations specific to the individual.
Based on this assessment, patients receive comprehensive, personalized protocols designed to restore balance and support the achievement of their unique health goals. Recommendations include clinical-grade herbal formulations, therapeutic nutrition, structured daily routines (Dinacharya), stress-regulation strategies, and targeted interventions.
Panchakarma—the classical Ayurvedic detoxification and rejuvenation program—may also be incorporated under direct supervision. Laboratory testing and conventional health assessments may be included as needed to provide additional clinical insight into nutrient status, hormonal balance, inflammatory markers, and gastrointestinal health.
