We offer size exchanges and returns on single pair orders only. Sets of 3, 5, or 10 cannot be exchanged or returned. To initiate a return or exchange, please email shop@ojasorganic.com within 10 days of delivery.

Exchange items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags attached. Shipping costs for exchanges will be charged to the customer.

If you choose to return an item for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return has been received and inspected. Refunds will not be issued for items that have been visibly used, washed, worn, or have original tags removed.
